While I've always assumed Serena Williams follows an incredibly intense workout routine, witnessing it in action is a whole new level. The tennis icon recently offered a glimpse into her at-home exercise regimen on TikTok, seemingly gearing up for the upcoming US Open next month. She shared the video on Instagram with the caption, "Did someone say tennis?"



At the beginning of the stay-at-home orders, Williams took a six-week hiatus from tennis to allow her body to recover from previous injuries. However, she has recently returned to the court, sometimes accompanied by her adorable daughter, Olympia, and it appears her training intensity is on the rise once again.

Even just watching her cardio-heavy routine is making me sore. The workout includes weighted jump squats, ladder runs, ab exercises, resistance band pulls, and more.
