On Christmas Day, the 42-year-old tennis pro posted a delightful Instagram video showcasing her daughter, 6-year-old Olympia Ohanian, helping her 4-month-old baby sister, Adira River, with a "work out."
In the video, Williams speaks to Olympia in French, encouraging her to lift and lower her baby sister, demonstrating a gentle version of baby sit-ups. Williams, who shares daughters Olympia and Adira with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, captioned the post, "We all work out in this family. @adiraohanian @olympiaohanian 💪🏿."
Last month, Williams revealed that Olympia is adapting well to her role as an older sister to Adira, referring to her as her "little sis." Williams admitted that she had concerns before Adira's arrival about whether she could love another child as much as Olympia, but those worries proved unfounded.
Since Adira's birth, Williams has been sharing glimpses of their family life, including a heartwarming photo of her cuddling with the baby. In November, Williams posted a message on social media expressing that she was not feeling well that day but reassured others that it's okay not to be okay and that there's always tomorrow.
