Serena Williams is now dedicating more time to her breathtaking home in Florida, located just north of Miami, where she resides with her husband Alexis Ohanian and their daughters, Olympia and newborn Adira, following her unexpected retirement from tennis in 2022. Although the tennis legend now shares her expansive dwelling with her husband, she previously disclosed that he had no involvement in the design process of her minimalist home. Instead, Serena sought assistance from her sister Venus' interior design firm, V Starr, to bring her dream property to life.
"We had just met," Serena told Architectural Digest regarding Alexis. "And I wasn’t going to be like, 'Hey, let's do this together.' That would have been really weird for him."
Serena further explained, "I was moving away from Venus for the first time in my life, so I wanted it to be really meaningful."
Her contemporary abode features a concealed karaoke room, a trophy room, an infinity pool, and a wine cellar described as "the size of a small NYC apartment."
