A source told Page Six that Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, are planning to get engaged this summer.
It was rumored that the couple initially planned to get engaged in the winter but postponed because "they didn't want it to seem rushed."
The source also revealed that Travis Kelce did not propose on Valentine's Day for similar reasons.
The source affirmed: "Taylor Swift and Travis have discussed this issue and have a plan. But there are rumors that they will get engaged in July, marking one year since they've been together."
However, Swift later revealed in an interview with Time magazine's "Person of the Year" that they had actually been dating before.
"We started going out right after that," Swift told Time. "So, we actually had a significant amount of time where no one knew. I'm very grateful that we got to know each other."
Page Six exclusively reported in December 2023 that Kelce had asked Taylor Swift's father for permission to marry her.
