It’s a well-known fact that Serena Williams is one of the most fashion-savvy athletes on the planet. As such, it came as little surprise to see her at the Gucci show today in Milan. After all, Williams starred in a Gucci campaign last April, has regularly sported Alessandro Michele’s flamboyant designs on the red carpet—most notably the ombré pink, feather-covered cape and slinky silver bodysuit she wore to last year’s Met gala—and even showed up to the storied Italian house’s blockbuster “Gucci Love Parade” show in Los Angeles last November.

In her latest show-stopping Gucci moment, Williams attended the brand’s Milan Fashion Week show in a dramatic black coat decorated with plumes of feathers that ran from shoulder to ankle, a mini dress featuring an embroidered monogram, and a white mini handbag with a painted floral motif and a bamboo handle. But the most delightful addition Williams brought to the front row wasn’t from Gucci at all. It was her husband, Alexis Ohanian, and their adorable four-year-old daughter Olympia. Wearing a charming red-and-white checked coat and a peter pan collar tulle dress, Olympia already looks more than prepared to continue her mother’s impressive style legacy. Watch this space.
